Swivelink
For the lanyard badge holder market, ITW Nexus has developed the new Swivelink series. The Swivelink series consists of the Swivelink, Swivelink Loop and Swivelink Hook. The Swivelink, which is available in two sizes, 3/8" (9.5mm) and 5/8" (15.9mm), attaches to the webbing by folding onto the web and snapping into itself.

Swivelink Accessories
To be used in conjunction with the Swivelink, the Swivelink Loop and Swivelink Hook incorporate a ball and socket mechanism while snapping into the Swivelink. Lanyard accessories are then easily attached to either the Loop or Hook. The ball and socket mechanism allows the lanyard accessories to either swivel freely or lay flat. The Swivelink Loop and Swivelink Hook fit into either size of the Swivelink.

Lanyard Cord Clamp
For the lanyard/security markets, ITW Nexus has developed new products for both cord and webbing. The Cord Clamp series consists of two parts - the Standard Cord Clamp, and the Toothless Cord Clamp. The Standard Cord Clamp acts as both a terminator and an adjuster as it provides single cord adjustability. The Toothless Cord Clamp offers the user the option to adjust both loop lengths, as it acts as a simple adjuster/resister. Both Cord Clamps accommodate cord diameter up to .200". The Cord Clamps assemble by hand, without the need of any fixtures or specialty tools.

ITW Nexus has developed two new parts--the 3/8" Freedom Clip and the 5/8" Freedom Clip for webbing termination. The Freedom Clips are twin parts that are assembled to each end of the lanyard. The Freedom Clips interlock to complete the loop of the lanyard. The Freedom Clips release from each other in the 4-6 lb. range.
